Tackle Requirements
- It is our policy to sell only to licensed sporting goods dealers who have storefronts and who stock merchandise for resale.
- The first tackle order for all new customers must be for a minimum of $250.00.
Minimum Order
- There is a $75.00 minimum order requirment for established accounts. Any order less than that amount will be assessed a $5.00 charge.
Shipping
- Tackle will be shipped via our trucks, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery Service. For those accounts that have our truck or salesmen deliver to them, there will be a minimum $2.50 delivery charge for orders under the full-freight amount. (Orders less than $75.00 will only receive the $5.00 charge.)
- It is our policy to require a bait order to accompany tackle shipped on our truckes (not UPS) when room is available. Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday deliveries must be called in the day before (ie, call your order in on Tuesday - preferably before 2PM - for a Wednesday delivery.)
- Orders will be shipped C.O.D unless prior arrangements have been made.
- No backorders will be shipped.
Past Due Accounts
- A service charge of 1 1/2% interest per month will be charged if payments do not meet terms of invoice. Past Due Accounts will rever to C.O.D. status.
Returned Checks
- There is a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Freight
- Orders that are over $600.00 and paid within the terms of the invoice, may deduct the freight cost or 6% of the subtotal amount of the invoice, whichever is LESS, IF YOU PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME.
- C.O.D. orders over the required amount will be shipped pre-paid. (The 6% allowance rule will still apply.)
- As of 11/1/05 we will access a $2.50 fuel surcharge. This is to cover surcharges RWI is being assessed and to hlep cover our salesforce extra fuel expense. This charge will be adjusted according to gas prices.
Backorders
- We do not ship backorders unless requested.
Return Goods
- No goods accepted for credit without authorization. Invoice number and date must accompnay the goods returned. Without this information, goods retrned will be credited at the lowest applicable price. Absolutely no returns are accepted unless the goods are in the original unmarked cartons in resealable condition. Note: Our drivers have no authority to take back goods or give credit! Call our office to get return authorization.
- No claims of shortages honored after 10 days of receipt.
- All returned goods will be subject to a 10% restocking charge if they are not the result from our error in shipping. After 30 days a 30% restocking charge is assessed. We do not pay shipping on returns. We do not credit shipping on returns.
- No returns on special orders.
